Payroll Exchange and Preceda
Preceda now includes the ability to be an outsourced Payroll service that is part of a Payroll Exchange solution for multinational corporations.
If clients are using Payroll Exchange to connect their HRIS to the Preceda Payroll service, then the Preceda Payroll Service can be configured to handle the following tasks:
- Automatically receive and process requests from Payroll Exchange to:
- Hire an employee;
- Change basic personal and payroll information for an employee such as address details, bank details, payment details;
- Initiate a termination workflow for an employee; and
- Re-hire a terminated employee.
- Automatically send the following information back to Payroll Exchange:
- Employee Pay slips in PDF form;
- A Wage report (in a global standard format compatible with other Payroll services);
- A Costing/finance file (equivalent to the Preceda G/L file); and
- Payment Summaries for Employees.
